When I execute trade on TD Ameritrade, it takes a second for the order to be filled. When you say a trade should pass through the four entities you mentioned before reaching the clearing house, do you mean it does so within the second I mentioned above. Could you please enlighten me? Just passed my Series 9 after listening to this video an hour before the test! Thank you @Series7Guru ! I have request. Could you make a separate playlist for Series 10 exam, please? Passed my test this morning! Thank you so much dean! I watched your videos everyday including this one this morning. Was my third attempt. HIGHLY recommend people to watch as many follow along practice exams on deans channel and something I did different this 3rd time was take so many practice test questions leading up to my test until my brain fell out haha. We be coming back to the channel for 63 now.

Hey! I know this is a series 63 video but wanted to let you know that after a desperate attempt at poorly preparing for my 7, I was able to pass today! I give an insane amount of credit towards your videos! I only took one practice test on STC and failed it, and then I focused heavily on your options/suitability/equations/ and series 7 in 60 min videos. They greatly helped me. Onto the 66! And this video will surely be used too hahaha

What about the other $5,000 of the $15,000 he withdrew? Wouldn't that $5,000 then just be taxed 10% as a penalty (He already paid taxes on it, as you stated - but didn't pay the penalty tax on it).

Dean, I have ADHD and have been studying for the SIE since January (it’s June now.) I have repeated my studies over and over again through training consultants just feeling so dumb and defeated. I just simply couldn’t absorb the information or understand how it applied to practical use. Granted, I have been working for a financial advisor for over 5 years and I’d argue I’m pretty dang good at my job, so this was so confusing to me. Well, I started watching your videos a couple weeks ago and suddenly I’m Acing every practice test I am taking and I’m genuinely interested in the material now. It’s also making my job that much more fulfilling. So thank you so much, I finally don’t feel like crying out of frustration everyday.
